Announcing ‘me too.’ Global
me too. International and Global Fund for Women are joining forces to support global, interconnected, and intersectional movements to end sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV). Read press release here.
This partnership is an opportunity for me too. International and Global Fund for Women to leverage our unique learnings, experiences, and relationships so that we can advance an overarching goal: to systematically facilitate a well-resourced global ecosystem that works to end SGBV, and make healing and actionable support systems available to survivors. To progress this, we will leverage the first two years of our partnership to intentionally advance the following objectives:
- Connect individuals, organizations, and movements working to interrupt SGBV at national, regional, and global levels, and advance healing justice and the rights of SGBV survivors; and
- Strengthen strategic and resource opportunities for transnational visioning, solidarity, and movement-building to end SGBV through co-learning and practice-sharing.
